When placing your orders with us we will do our best to get them out to you with in 1-3 days ***DUE TO COVID AND OUR BIG MOVE WE ARE CURRENTLY PROCESSING ORDERS WITHIN 5-7 WORKING DAYS*** if there is any delays we will contact you as soon as possible and notify you of these.

Returns/Exchanges

Any returns or exchange of goods are accepted within 7 days (local) or 30 days (overseas). Contact needs to be made for this to happen within this time.

Shipping

All of our parcels are sent via Australia Post Eparcel with tracking, if you request that your parcel be left without signature we will not be liable for these goods going missing or replace them.

As we sell and ship items of liquids as well as leather sides, sometimes we will need to send 2 parcels for your order in this case we will contact you in regards to any extra cost that may be incurred.
